LEED Guidance for Enwave Chicago Customers and Prospects

Enwave Chicago retained third-party documentation from RMF Engineering in December 2014 stating that Enwave Chicago's district cooling service aligns with LEED point potential in three areas: Energy and Atmosphere (EA) Credits for Enhanced Commissioning, Advanced Energy Metering, and Thermal Storage.

Specifically, the report provides step-by-step guidance to project building teams on how they can incorporate 51.5% off-peak ice production into the building's energy model. This allows for Enwave Chicago's ice plant storage to be properly accounted for in the energy model.
