Enwave Chicago Customers Receive TOBY Awards

Enwave Chicago congratulates the owners, managers and operators of longtime customer AMA Plaza for winning The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award at the international Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) competition in June 2016. AMA Plaza and another longtime customer, 300 East Randolph, also received awards at BOMA Chicago’s Awards Gala in January and the regional TOBY competition in March 2016.

AMA Plaza won the international award in the over 1 million sq ft category. The building is also home to The Langham Chicago, another Enwave Chicago customer, and houses an Enwave Chicago chilled-water plant. The building is owned by 330 N. Wabash Avenue LLC and managed by Riverview Realty Property Management Inc.

Managed by CBRE Inc. and owned by Health Care Service Corp., 300 East Randolph won the local and regional award in the corporate facility category. 300 East Randolph also houses an Enwave Chicago district cooling plant.

The TOBY Awards recognize excellence in office building management. Entrants were judged on tenant relations initiatives, commitment to environmental sustainability, emergency preparedness, budgeting, work order systems, security standards, staff experience and continuing education opportunities.

Congratulations to both buildings on their achievements.
